Commissioned Film & Photography
Created for your brief. Reserved for your use.
When your project calls for a specific image or film sequence, HDWorldMedia can create it around your requirements. We work with businesses, agencies, filmmakers and private clients to produce original still imagery and footage for an agreed purpose.
Your brief becomes the starting point
Tell us the subject, location, mood and story you need to convey. We plan the capture, equipment and production support around your vision—from a focused photography assignment to a coordinated film sequence.
Custom scenes, sequences and establishing shots for film productions
Brand, corporate, editorial and campaign imagery
Product, architecture, landscape and location photography
Aerial footage and stills where conditions and permissions allow
Image libraries commissioned for your organisation
Exclusive use, clearly agreed
We can arrange exclusive use of the commissioned imagery for your project. The agreement defines the deliverables, permitted uses, duration, territory and any copyright transfer or licence. Releases and permission for portfolio display are settled before production, so you know what is included.
National and international assignments
Based in Northeast Florida, we consider requests across the United States and internationally. Every assignment is reviewed around access, scheduling, permissions, travel and the resources required. Share an early idea or a detailed brief—we will help establish a practical scope.
From planning to delivery
We agree the creative brief, production plan and quote before the shoot. RED cinema, Hasselblad medium-format and DJI aerial systems are selected to suit the assignment. Editing, colour work, file formats and delivery schedules are specified in your proposal.
Tell us what you need to create
Send your subject, preferred location, visual references, deadline, intended use and budget range. For film work, include the sequence length and delivery specifications if known.
