Scalable Camera Packages

Every production has different technical requirements. HDWorldMedia camera packages can be scaled from a focused single-camera setup to a coordinated multi-camera production.

Begin with one primary camera and add additional systems as your production grows.

  • DJI Mavic 4 Pro

  • DJI Avata 2

  • DJI Neo and Neo 2

  • Batteries, controllers, media and supporting accessories

Equipment availability and permitted use are confirmed during production planning.

One Camera or a Complete Multi-Camera Configuration

A production may begin with a single RED cinema camera for the main action and expand to include:

  • A second RED camera for an alternate angle

  • A Hasselblad system for campaign photography or promotional stills

  • A DJI drone for aerial establishing footage

  • Additional cameras for interviews, events or continuous coverage

  • Dedicated lenses, batteries, media and monitoring for every system

  • Additional technical resources when the size or complexity of the package requires them

As cameras are added, the technical-support package can also scale. This keeps every system properly configured and allows your filmmakers and photographers to remain focused on the project.

A Dedicated Technical Resource on Location

Every camera package includes or requires an assigned HDWorldMedia technical resource based on the equipment and production scope.

The technical resource remains responsible for the care, configuration and management of the rented systems. This person is not intended to replace your director, cinematographer or camera operator. Their purpose is to ensure that the equipment is prepared and supported throughout the agreed rental period.

Technical Support May Include:

  • Pre-production equipment consultation

  • Camera and accessory recommendations

  • Sensor format and recording-resolution setup

  • Codec, frame-rate and compression configuration

  • Lens preparation and changes

  • Media formatting and management

  • Battery and power rotation

  • Monitor and output configuration

  • Timecode and compatible accessory setup

  • Hasselblad tethering and Phocus configuration

  • On-set technical adjustments

  • Basic equipment troubleshooting

  • Equipment security and inventory

  • End-of-day breakdown and collection

This service reduces the pressure placed on your crew and helps prevent lost production time caused by unfamiliar equipment, incomplete packages or incorrect settings.

Delivery, Setup and Removal

HDWorldMedia manages the rented equipment from arrival through departure.

Before production, every package is prepared, inspected and tested. At the approved location, our technical personnel unload and assemble the equipment, configure the cameras according to the production requirements, and confirm that each system is ready for your team.

During filming or photography, we remain available to oversee equipment-related needs and approved configuration changes.

At the end of the production period, our team breaks down the camera systems, completes an equipment inventory, packs the accessories and removes the entire package from the location.

Your crew does not have to collect a collection of cases from a rental counter, determine whether essential accessories are missing, or return equipment after a demanding production day.

Equipment Insurance Support

Eligible equipment is maintained under HDWorldMedia’s applicable production and equipment insurance while it is being used within the approved rental agreement, production plan and operating conditions.

This offers an important advantage over a conventional equipment-only rental, where the client may need to arrange separate coverage, obtain a certificate of insurance, or accept substantial financial responsibility before collecting the cameras.

Insurance coverage is subject to the final agreement, approved operators, locations, activities, exclusions, deductibles and insurer requirements. Productions involving aerial operations, vehicles, water, stunts, hazardous environments or international travel may require additional review or coverage.

Professional Data Management

Capturing the footage is only part of the production process. Your files must also be transferred, organized, verified and protected.

HDWorldMedia can provide an organized media-management workflow for files created with the rented systems.

Data Services May Include:

  • On-location media handling

  • Clearly organized project folders

  • Camera and shooting-day separation

  • File transfer to approved storage

  • Basic transfer verification

  • Working copies for the client

  • Secure upload to designated cloud servers

  • Optional longer-term cloud archiving

  • Controlled delivery of project files

Cloud storage and retention periods are established in the project agreement. Clients should maintain their own final production archive after delivery. Enhanced backup, redundant storage, expedited upload and long-term archival services may be added to the package.
